1. Regions of Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping, except for countries under international sanctions or recognized as sponsors of terrorism. Shipping to countries experiencing military conflicts will be considered individually, depending on feasibility.
2. Shipping Methods
We provide the following shipping options:
- Express Shipping: Available worldwide through DHL, UPS, DPD, and FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 3-10 days. This option is more expensive but ensures faster delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Available through EMS, USPS, and Poczta Polska, with an estimated delivery time of 10-30 days. This option is more cost-effective.
- Local Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their orders in person at our location. In this case, no shipping fees will be charged.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately for each item and may vary depending on the specific product being purchased.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 days if the items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, processing time may increase to an average of 1-2 weeks. Some items may take longer to produce, and the customer will be notified immediately if this is the case.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. You can track your order directly on our website or contact us for assistance. We are always happy to help with any tracking inquiries.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We cover return shipping costs if the item arrives damaged, is incorrect, does not match the description, or does not fit as expected. In such cases, the customer must provide photos or videos to confirm the issue, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
If the customer simply changes their mind, received the correct item but decides they do not like it, or wishes to exchange it for a different item upon receipt, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
